Minor clean-up and fixes in checkdoc

* lisp/emacs-lisp/checkdoc.el: Minor doc fixes.  Remove unnecessary
space at the end of 'y-or-n-p' prompts.  Move obsolete definitions to
the end of the file.
(checkdoc-symbol-words, checkdoc-common-verbs-wrong-voice): Add
some more common words.
